Eliminating Hazards, Ensuring Safety, Welcoming the New Year - Yantai Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Conducts Pre-Festival Safety Administrative Inspection and Conference
To ensure the safe, smooth and orderly operation of all hospital affairs during the Spring Festival, and to effectively guarantee the safety of patients' medical treatment and the working environment of hospital staff, on the morning of January 26th, the leadership team of Yantai Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital led the heads of relevant functional departments to conduct a pre-Festival administrative safety inspection.
During the inspection process, the hospital leaders conducted on-site inspections and supervision of key departments and areas such as the monitoring room, power supply and oxygen supply room, liquid oxygen station, boiler room, dormitories, cafeteria, equipment warehouse, medicine warehouse, outpatient western pharmacy, outpatient traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy, inpatient pharmacy, and clinical wards. They conducted a comprehensive investigation of key positions and critical links regarding fire safety, operation of special equipment, hazardous chemicals, psychotropic drugs and controlled drugs management, and ward safety management, and gave reminders about integrity risks to departments with higher risks.
Through this inspection, the responsibility awareness and bottom-line awareness of the staff were further strengthened. The problems found during the inspection were rectified immediately and improved, fundamentally eliminating risk hazards, and truly achieving no relaxation in regulations during the holiday and no relaxation in supervision. This laid a solid foundation for continuously building a hospital safety barrier and ensuring the safety, stability and clean and upright atmosphere of the hospital during the Spring Festival.
