Good News | The rehabilitation treatment team of Yantai City Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital has achieved outstanding results in the city's vocational skills competition!
Recently, the 2025 Rehabilitation Therapy Skills Competition of Weifang City and the Medical Professional Skills Competition (Rehabilitation Technician) of the City, jointly organized by the Education Bureau, the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Trade Union, and the Health Commission, came to a successful conclusion. The rehabilitation therapy team of our hospital, with solid professional knowledge and superb operational skills, stood out among the numerous contestants and won several important awards.
The competition content covered theoretical knowledge such as rehabilitation assessment, exercise therapy, and rehabilitation for common diseases, as well as three types of skills operations based on real cases: PT, OT, and ST. It comprehensively tested the clinical thinking and practical skills of the contestants. During the competition, the three rehabilitation technicians of our hospital won unanimous approval from the judges with their standardized operation procedures, precise assessment and intervention, and excellent doctor-patient communication in the three competition groups. Among them, Ge Hanhan from the Rehabilitation Department won the individual first prize in the Occupational Therapy (OT) group, Chi Liyue won the individual second prize in the Speech and Swallowing Therapy (ST) group, and Mu Yanmei won the individual third prize in the Physical Therapy (PT) group, fully demonstrating the comprehensive strength and talent of our hospital's rehabilitation therapy profession.
This award is not only a high recognition of the individual professional capabilities of our hospital's rehabilitation technicians, but also the result of the hospital's long-term emphasis on rehabilitation talent cultivation and strengthening of professional technical construction.
