Yantai City Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital held a special meeting on collective integrity talks with suppliers in the medical procurement and sales field, as well as an education and warning session.
To further deepen the construction of a clean hospital and promote the establishment of a "close but clean" relationship between doctors and businesspeople, as well as to create a clean and transparent environment for medical product procurement and sales, the hospital held a special meeting on collective integrity and Warning and Education Campaign for suppliers in the medical product procurement and sales field on February 24， 2025. Nearly 70 people， including the hospital's leadership members， relevant functional department heads， representatives of medical consumables and drugs suppliers， and personnel from cooperating agencies， attended the meeting.
At the meeting， Fang Jianjun， the deputy secretary of the hospital's Party committee, clarified that the strict investigation and punishment of corruption in the medical field has become the norm at present. He hoped that everyone would actively adapt to the new political situation, enhance the awareness of integrity， strictly abide by industry norms， promptly correct improper behaviors， and eliminate minor corrupt practices. He also emphasized three points： strictly abide by laws and regulations， strictly fulfill agreements， and maintain a good cooperative relationship.
The staff of the hospital's discipline inspection office read the relevant provisions of the "Nine Guidelines for Clean Conduct of Medical Institution Staff" and the "Measures for the Reception of Visits by Medical Product Representatives of Yantai Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital (Trial)" on-site.
The representatives of the suppliers made statements， unanimously committing to conducting business and service activities in accordance with the law， regulations， and agreements， adhering to integrity， being honest and trustworthy， jointly maintaining a clean medical product procurement and sales environment， and safeguarding the hospital's high-quality development with a "close and clean" new type of doctor-business relationship. They also signed the "Clean Purchase and Sale Commitment Letter for Medical Products of Yantai Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital" on-site.
Since 2023， the hospital has been committed to the construction of a clean medical procurement mechanism and has been promoting it regularly， achieving remarkable results. It has created a clean and favorable development environment， and the sense of gain and happiness of the people have also been continuously improved.
