Notice on the open recruitment of Health Independent written Examination I positions in Yantai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Online written Examination in 2022
According to the current situation of epidemic prevention and control, after research, it has been decided that in 2022, Yantai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine will open the recruitment of independent written examination positions in the health category, and the written examination will be conducted online.The work arrangements for the online written test are now notified as follows：
1. Written test time
June 15, 2022 (Wednesday) 18:30-20:30
2. Participants in the written test
The persons participating in the online written examination are those who have passed the online preliminary examination of the independent written examination I position and have paid the fee. For the specific list and admission ticket number, please refer to Annex 1 for details.
3. Written test subjects
The subjects of the written test are classified according to the position and major, see Annex 2 for details.
The content of the written test consists of three parts. The first part is basic public knowledge, which accounts for about 10% of the entire test questions; the second part is basic medical knowledge and health laws and regulations, which accounts for about 20% of the entire test questions; the third part is job-related professional knowledge, which accounts for about 70% of the entire test questions. According to the classification of the written test and combined with the professional requirements of each recruitment position, the test questions are ordered separately, and the question types are all objective test questions.
4. Written test form
This written test is conducted online. Candidates need to prepare electronic equipment such as computers and mobile phones, and be sure to download and install the test procedures and conduct simulation tests within the specified time as required.
Download and installation time: 10:00 on June 10th—23:00 on June 11th. After the specified time is exceeded, the download channel will be closed. Those who have not downloaded will not be able to take the official exam.
Mock exam time: June 10th—June 11th, 2022, 10:00-24:00 daily.
During the formal examination, you must log in to the examination procedures in accordance with the prescribed time, and click “2022 Yantai Municipal Health Commission public recruitment of Independent written examination I positions in the health category” to take the examination, answer questions and submit papers as required.
"Online Written Test Operation Process and Precautions" (see Annex 3 for details), please be sure to read it carefully in detail and strictly follow it.Disciplinary violations shall be implemented in accordance with the "Measures for the Identification and Handling of Disciplinary Violations in the Online Written Examination" (see Annex 4 for details).
5. Confirmation of application information
Candidates are requested to scan the QR code below with their mobile phone WeChat before 24:00 on June 8, 2022 (Wednesday), and follow the prompts to fill in and confirm the relevant application information.
6. Other matters
1.Please continue to pay attention to the notice on the official website of Yantai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine for follow-up work such as inquiry of written test results, determination of the pass line of written test results, on-site qualification review, and interviews.
2.Other unfinished matters shall be handled in accordance with the "2022 Yantai Municipal Health Commission Public Recruitment of Staff for Health Positions of Institutions Affiliated to the Yantai Municipal Health Commission".
