In accordance with the provisions of the "Recruitment Notice for the First Batch of Dispatching Personnel of Yantai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2022", the list of personnel entering the scope of medical examinations and issues related to medical examinations are hereby notified as follows：

1. Medical examiners

2. Medical examination arrangements

1.Check-in time: 7:30 am, June 17, 2022

2.Check-in location: Lobby, 1st Floor, Outpatient Building, Yantai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine (in front of electronic screen)

3.Candidates are requested to prepare and plan their routes in advance as required, and arrive at the designated place on time to participate in the physical examination. Being 15 minutes late for the physical examination is deemed to be a abstention.

3. Medical examination standards

The medical examination standards and items are implemented with reference to the "Notice on the Revision of the "General Standards for Medical Examinations for the Employment of Civil Servants (Trial Implementation)" and the "Operation Manual for the Employment of Civil Servants (Trial Implementation)" (No. 140 [2016] issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Affairs). If the State provides otherwise, follow its provisions.

Fourth, precautions

1.When candidates participate in the physical examination, they must bring their ID cards (within the validity period) to the designated place to report. After verification by the staff, they will be uniformly taken to the prescribed hospital for physical examination.The cost of the medical examination shall be borne by the individual (temporarily carrying the medical examination fee of 600 yuan in cash, more refunds and less compensation), and it shall be delivered directly to the hospital.

2.Pay attention to rest the day before the physical examination, do not stay up late, do not drink alcohol, and avoid strenuous exercise.Blood collection, B ultrasound and other examinations must be carried out on the day of the physical examination, and fasting is required for 8-12 hours before receiving the examination.

3.During the physical examination, please carefully check all items according to the doctor's requirements and do not miss the examination.If a certain examination item is automatically abandoned, it will affect the results of the physical examination.The medical examiner can add necessary examinations and inspection items according to actual needs, and candidates must conduct examinations according to the requirements of the doctor.

4.If the employer and the candidate have questions about the conclusion of the physical examination, they may conduct a re-examination.The re-examination can only be carried out once. The items for the re-examination shall be determined by the medical institution for the re-examination. The results of the physical examination shall be subject to the conclusion of the re-examination, and the cost of the re-examination shall be borne by the party applying for the re-examination.

5.Candidates participating in the physical examination must obey the organization, abide by discipline, and conduct the physical examination in strict accordance with the prescribed procedures and methods. It is strictly forbidden for family members and other unrelated personnel to accompany them.Candidates who do not participate in the physical examination or are 15 minutes late when reporting for the physical examination without the approval of the hospital shall be deemed to have automatically waived their employment qualifications.During the medical examination process, those who contact external personnel without approval, disobey the organization's command, commit fraud or impersonation shall be disqualified from employment and relevant personnel shall be held accountable.Candidates must provide relevant information truthfully. If they conceal their medical history and affect the results of the physical examination, they will bear the consequences at their own risk.

6.The medical examination implements an avoidance system. If candidates find that the medical staff and medical examination organization personnel who undertake the medical examination task have a relationship with them that should be avoided, they must take the initiative to propose it, otherwise the results of the medical examination will be invalid.

7.Candidates participating in the physical examination should maintain smooth communication, and if there are special circumstances, they should take the initiative to contact the personnel department of the hospital.If the candidate is unable to get in touch due to personal reasons and the employment is affected, he/she shall bear the responsibility at his/her own risk.

5. Precautions for epidemic Prevention and control

1.On the day of the physical examination, candidates need to hold a valid resident ID card (or temporary ID card within the validity period), the Shandong Province electronic health pass code green code and the paper version of the negative certificate of the new coronavirus nucleic acid test within 48 hours (subject to the reporting time), the "Applicant's Health Commitment" and the "Applicant's Health Management Information Collection Form", and the body temperature is normal (not exceeding 37.3℃) after on-site testing, before they can participate in the physical examination.

2.For candidates with non-green codes, since the 28th day before the physical examination, the candidates themselves and their co-residents have a history of sojourn outside the country (territory) or in medium and high-risk areas, or the area has been upgraded to medium and high-risk areas, or they have fever, fatigue, cough, sore throat, sneezing, diarrhea, vomiting, jaundice, rash, conjunctival congestion and other suspected symptoms. Candidates should take the initiative to report to the Personnel Department of Yantai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine before the examination, inform the history of sojourn, contact history and medical treatment history, and the relevant expert group will determine the examination arrangements after evaluation.Starting from 14 days before the physical examination, candidates should consciously take body temperature measurements, record and monitor their health every day.

3.All applicants should wear masks as required when participating in the physical examination and undergo body temperature measurements as required.Applicants should obey the command and management of the staff and consciously maintain a safe distance.During the physical examination, candidates should take the initiative to report suspected symptoms such as fever and cough.

4.The majority of applicants are requested to pay attention to self-health management in the near future so as not to affect the examination. Cross-regional mobility should be reduced, especially to avoid activities in middle and high-risk areas of the epidemic.Anyone who violates the relevant regulations on the prevention and control of the normalized epidemic in our province and conceals or falsely reports key information on the prevention and control of the epidemic such as sojourn history, contact history, and health status will be investigated for responsibility in accordance with the law and regulations.Matters that have not been completed for the prevention and control of the epidemic shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of the provinces and cities.

5.Other unfinished matters shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the "Recruitment Notice for the First Batch of Dispatching Personnel of Yantai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2022".
