1.Passing line of written test results

In 2022,Yantai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine will open recruitment for independent written examination I positions in the health category.On June 15th,the pass line of the written examination will be uniformly determined as not less than 40 points.

2.Enter the scope of on-site qualification examiners

According to the provisions of the"Recruitment Brochure",the personnel who enter the scope of on-site qualification examination shall be determined in the following proportions from high score to low score according to the job recruitment plan from the applicants who have reached the written test qualification score line:those who recruit less than 4(inclusive)people shall be determined in a ratio of 1:3,those who recruit 5 to 15(inclusive)people shall be determined in a ratio of 1:2,and those who recruit more than 15 people shall be determined in a ratio of 1:1.5.Those who enter the scope of on-site qualification examination with the last written test scores tied shall enter the scope of on-site qualification examination together.For positions where the number of qualified persons in the written examination is zero,the employment plan shall be cancelled;if the prescribed proportion is not reached,the scope of on-site qualification examination shall be determined according to the actual number of qualified persons.For the list of personnel in the scope of on-site qualification review before entering the interview,please refer to Annex 1 for details.Please enter the scope of on-site qualification review to join the 2022 health qualification review Dingding Group(group number:44744834),and modify the group nickname to:Name-Apply for the position.

In response to the vacancy of interviewees caused by the failure of the on-site qualification examination of the interviewer or abstention,the hospital will notify the replacement by telephone in a timely manner after the on-site qualification examination is completed.Candidates with written test scores of 40 points(inclusive)or more and close to the score of the person applying for the position to enter the on-site qualification examination shall maintain smooth and effective communication,answer the call in time,and provide relevant materials for on-site qualification examination as required.Those who miss important information such as the replacement notice due to personal reasons and affect the appointment of the examination and fail to provide on-site qualification examination materials on time shall be held responsible at their own risk.If the person cannot be contacted within 48 hours after the first personal call is made,it shall be deemed to have been abandoned;if the person does not reply in writing within 24 hours after receiving the supplementary notice,it shall be deemed to have been abandoned.

3.On-site qualification review

According to the situation of epidemic prevention and control,the on-site qualification examination shall be conducted online.

(1)Online qualification review time

Candidates are requested to scan the original materials required for qualification examination to form an electronic version and send it to the mailbox zyyrsk7032 before 17:00 on July 4,2022(subject to the receipt time displayed in the mailbox).163.com,When sending,each material is named after"Name+material content“,and placed in a folder named after”Name+application position",compressed and packaged and sent to the mailbox.Candidates who fail to send the email within the specified time are deemed to have abstained.

The feedback time for the online qualification review results is July 6,2022.The feedback results will be announced in the Dingding Group.Please pay attention to the group news in time.If the online qualification examination submission materials are incomplete,they must be submitted before 17:00 on July 7,2022.If the unit agrees that the certificate of application cannot be provided during the online qualification examination for any reason,it can also be provided before 17:00 on the second working day after the interview.Failure to submit relevant materials or certificates within the prescribed time shall be deemed to be a waiver.

(2)Requirements and precautions

1.For the materials that need to be submitted,please refer to Article 23 of Annex 2 of the“Recruitment Brochure”,"Instructions for Applying for Public Recruitment of Staff for Health Positions in Institutions affiliated to the Yantai Municipal Health Commission in 2022"(hereinafter referred to as"Application Instructions").Except for 2 1-inch recent crown-free photos on the front of the same bottom version and the written examination admission ticket,other materials must be provided.Scanned copies of the original materials,the registration form and the letter of commitment to integrity(see Annex 2 for the style)need to be downloaded from the registration system and sent to the mailbox(the letter of commitment to integrity needs to be autographed).If there are other requirements for recruitment positions,candidates also need to pay attention to providing relevant materials：

(1)Candidates applying for positions with work experience requirements must submit a labor(employment)contract that can prove their work experience,a certificate of social insurance payment,and a letter of proof of work experience issued by the unit(Annex 4 style).As of April 24,2022(inclusive),applicants should have the work experience required by the recruitment brochure and the recruitment position.Work experience is calculated based on full-term years and full-term months,and can be calculated cumulatively.If the applicant fails to pay social insurance benefits in accordance with relevant regulations,his or her relevant work experience shall not be recognized.The conditions for recruitment positions such as”working in a three(two)-level hospital for X years"refer to the hospital to which the applicant has been working within the corresponding period of time has always been at that level.Graduates'social practice,internships,part-time jobs,etc.during their stay in school are not counted as work experience.

(2)Candidates applying for positions with professional research direction requirements,if the same academic certificate that meets the requirements of the position does not indicate the major and professional research direction required by the position at the same time,they must provide a copy of the academic performance sheet,a certificate of professional research direction,and the"Professional Research Direction Commitment Form"(Annex 5 style).In addition,although the position does not require a professional research direction,applicants who claim to have a professional research direction when registering online must also provide a copy of the academic performance form,professional research direction certificate and"Professional Research Direction Commitment Form"during the online qualification examination.The certificate of professional research direction should be issued by the academic affairs department of the university or the graduate office(college);if the"Employment Recommendation Form"for full-time ordinary college graduates in 2022 indicates the professional research direction,it can be used as a certificate of professional research direction.For the submission of“professional research direction certificates”for returnees studying abroad,the Yantai Foreign Affairs Comprehensive Service Center must be entrusted to translate the courses,graduation theses,professional introductions,or relevant foreign language materials that can prove the professional research direction into Chinese and affix a seal.

(3)If the recruitment position has requirements for practice qualifications,job titles,etc.,it must provide practice certificates,qualification certificates,professional and technical qualification certificates,etc.

(4)If the recruitment position puts forward relevant requirements for this science major,etc.,it must provide an undergraduate degree and a degree certificate.

2.If the online qualification examination is inconsistent with the results of the online preliminary examination,the results of the online qualification examination shall prevail.Those who do not meet the requirements for application after examination shall be disqualified from the examination.

3.The qualification review of candidates runs through the whole process of recruitment,and the results of the online review are not used as the final basis for determining the eligibility for application.Anyone who finds in the follow-up work that the approved personnel are not qualified for the application or commit fraud,etc.,shall be immediately disqualified from the interview and employment once verified.
