In accordance with the provisions of the "2022 Yantai Municipal Health Commission Public Recruitment of Staff for Public Health Positions in Institutions Affiliated to the Yantai Municipal Health Commission", after the scope of the investigation is determined, the number of recruits will be inspected and medical examinations will be conducted in equal amounts according to the planned number of recruits from high to low scores.The issues related to the medical examination work are hereby notified as follows：

2. Medical examination standards

The medical examination standards and items refer to the "Notice on the Revision of the "General Standards for Medical Examinations for the Employment of Civil Servants (Trial Trial)" and the "Operation Manual for the Employment of Civil Servants (Trial Trial)" (issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Affairs [2016] No. 140) and other civil servant recruitment medical examination standards and operation manuals for implementation, if the State provides otherwise, follow its regulations.

3. Precautions for medical examination

1.When candidates participate in the physical examination, they must bring (within the validity period) their ID card (temporary ID card) and 2 1-inch front crown-free photos; candidates with work experience need to prepare 5 1-inch front crown-free photos.Candidates need to report to the designated place, and after verification by the staff, they will go to the prescribed hospital for a physical examination.The cost of the medical examination is borne by the individual, which is about 600 yuan (WeChat payment is required), and it will be handed over to the medical examination hospital uniformly.College students with special hardship in rural areas, low-insured persons in urban areas, and persons with disabilities shall apply for free of charge to Yantai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine with relevant documents (or certificates) (contact the Personnel Department one working day in advance). After the research is approved, the cost of the medical examination shall be borne by the recruiter.

2.Pay attention to rest the day before the physical examination, do not stay up late, do not drink alcohol, and avoid strenuous exercise.Blood collection, B ultrasound and other examinations must be carried out on the day of the physical examination, and fasting is required for 8-12 hours before receiving the examination.

3.During the physical examination, please carefully check all items according to the doctor's requirements and do not miss the examination.If a certain examination item is automatically abandoned, it will affect the results of the physical examination.Female subjects should not undergo gynecological and urine examinations during menstruation, and then retest after the menstrual period is completed; those who are pregnant or may have been conceived must inform the medical staff in advance and do not do X-rays.The medical examiner can add necessary examinations and inspection items according to actual needs, and candidates must conduct examinations according to the requirements of the doctor.

4.If the applicant or the recruiter has any objections to the results of the physical examination (except for the items for on-the-spot re-examination on the same day), they may submit a written application to the competent recruitment department within 7 days of receiving the conclusion of the physical examination (if the written re-examination application is not submitted for more than 7 days, it shall be deemed to have agreed), and the competent recruitment department shall organize the re-examination. The re-examination is not carried out in the original medical examination hospital, the re-examination items shall be determined by the medical institution for the re-examination, the results of the physical examination shall be subject to the conclusion of the re-examination, and the cost of the re-examination shall be borne by the party applying for the re-examination.The review can only be carried out once.If necessary, the competent recruitment authority may request a re-examination.

5.Candidates participating in the physical examination must obey the organization, abide by discipline, and conduct the physical examination in strict accordance with the prescribed procedures and methods. It is strictly forbidden for family members and other unrelated personnel to accompany them.Candidates who do not participate in the physical examination (re-examination) or who are 15 minutes late when reporting for the physical examination (re-examination) without the consent of the medical examination organization shall be deemed to have automatically waived their employment qualifications, resulting in vacancies, and shall be replaced in turn from the list of persons who have entered the scope of the post's inspection.Those who contact external personnel without approval or disobey the organization's command during the medical examination shall be disqualified from employment and relevant personnel shall be held accountable.If the applicant does not obey the medical examination arrangements of the chief medical examiner or falsifies or conceals the diseases or medical history that affect the employment during the medical examination, he or she shall be given treatment for non-employment.If others are invited to replace medical examinations, exchange or replace laboratory samples and other serious violations of discipline and regulations, they shall be treated as non-employment, and their violations of discipline and regulations shall be recorded in the integrity archives of public recruitment of candidates by public institutions, and the record period shall be five years.

6.The medical examination implements an avoidance system. If candidates find that the medical staff and medical examination organization personnel who undertake the medical examination task have a relationship with them that should be avoided, they must take the initiative to propose it, otherwise the results of the medical examination will be invalid.

7.Candidates participating in the physical examination should maintain smooth communication, and if there are special circumstances, they should take the initiative to contact the personnel department of the hospital.If the candidate is unable to get in touch due to personal reasons and the employment is affected, he/she shall bear the responsibility at his/her own risk.

4. Precautions for epidemic prevention and control

According to the needs of epidemic prevention and control work, in order to ensure the health of the majority of candidates and ensure the safe and smooth progress of medical examinations, the relevant requirements and precautions for epidemic prevention and control are hereby notified as follows. All candidates are requested to be aware of and strictly implement epidemic prevention measures and requirements.

(1) Preparation for epidemic prevention

1.Candidates in this city are not allowed to leave Yantai City in the near future if they are not necessary; candidates who are still in the field (outside the province and other cities in the province) should take the initiative to understand the relevant requirements for epidemic prevention and control in our city (the epidemic prevention and control consultation phone number of each county and urban area is attached), and arrive in advance according to regulations to avoid delaying the medical examination.

2.Apply for the “Shandong Province Electronic Health Pass Code” and “Communication Big Data Travel Card” in advance.

3.Prepare the corresponding number of negative nucleic acid test certificates (paper version) in accordance with the regulations.

The paper version of the negative nucleic acid test certificate (the original test report, a copy or the complete nucleic acid test result of the personal information displayed in the printed “Shandong Electronic Health Pass Code") must be submitted to the staff at the time of check-in.Those who cannot provide the required negative nucleic acid test certificate as required shall not participate in the physical examination.

4.Download and print the "2022 Yantai Public Institutions Open Recruitment Staff Health Examination Candidates Health Commitment Letter (for Candidates)" and "Candidate Health Management Information Collection Form" (Annex 2 and Annex 3), and fill in truthfully.

5.Consciously take body temperature measurements and health monitoring every day, and take the initiative to reduce outings, unnecessary gatherings, and contact with people before the exam to ensure that your body is in good condition during the physical examination.

(2) The history of sojourn outside the province and the management requirements of candidates in special circumstances

For candidates who enter the province and return to the province to participate in the physical examination, after arriving in Yantai City, the following epidemic prevention and control measures must be implemented, and all nucleic acid test negative certificates of the specified number of times must be provided when participating in the physical examination.

1.Candidates who enter the county (city, district) where the low-risk areas outside the province are located and return to the smoke must arrive in Yantai City 3 days in advance, with a negative nucleic acid test certificate 48 hours before departure, and one nucleic acid test on the first and third days after arrival (one of which is a negative nucleic acid test certificate 48 hours before the test).If the last negative certificate of nucleic acid test exceeds 48 hours before the physical examination, another negative certificate of nucleic acid test 48 hours before the physical examination must be provided.

2.Candidates who enter the county (city, district) where the risk area is located outside the province and return to the smoke to participate in the physical examination must arrive in Yantai City 7 days in advance, hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid test 48 hours before departure, and conduct 7 days of home health monitoring after arrival, and perform 1 nucleic acid test on the 1st, 3rd and 7th days each (one of which is a negative certificate of nucleic acid test 48 hours before the physical examination).If the last negative certificate of nucleic acid test exceeds 48 hours before the physical examination, another negative certificate of nucleic acid test 48 hours before the physical examination must be provided.

3.Candidates who take the exam in counties (cities, districts) where high-risk areas outside the province are located must arrive in Yantai City 14 days in advance and hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid test 48 hours before departure. After arrival, they will be quarantined for 7 days and monitored for 7 days at home. Nucleic acid test on the 1st, 4th, and 7th days of centralized isolation and on the 7th day of home health test (one of which is a negative certificate of nucleic acid test 48 hours before the physical examination).If the last negative certificate of nucleic acid test exceeds 48 hours before the test, another negative certificate of nucleic acid test 48 hours before the test must be provided.

4.For other epidemic risk areas that have not been announced as medium- and high-risk areas but have recently added more infected people and are at risk of community transmission, refer to the counties (cities, districts) where the medium- and high-risk areas are located.

5.Candidates in the counties (cities and districts) where the medium and high-risk areas outside the province are located, as well as in other epidemic-risk areas that have not yet announced the medium and high-risk areas but have recently added more infected people and are at risk of community transmission, if they cannot participate in this physical examination on time, they must contact the Personnel Department of Yantai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine 3 days in advance to complete the procedures for reporting, and wait for the county (city, district) to change to a low-risk and then conduct a physical examination on another day. Those who have not reported and have not seen the physical examination are deemed to have abandoned the physical examination.

(3) Management requirements for candidates in the province

1.Candidates in this city must hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid test 48 hours before the physical examination.

2.Candidates who participate in the physical examination in low-risk areas across the province and cities must provide a negative certificate of nucleic acid test 48 hours before departure and a negative certificate of nucleic acid test 48 hours before the physical examination after arriving in Yantai City.

3.Candidates in the counties (cities, districts) where the medium and high-risk areas in the province are located refer to the counties (cities, districts) where the medium and high-risk areas outside the province are located.

(4) Candidates who have the following circumstances shall not participate in the physical examination：

1.Confirmed cases, suspected cases, asymptomatic infected people, close contacts during the quarantine observation period, secondary close contacts；

2.Those who have fever, cough and other symptoms within 14 days before the test and have not recovered and have not ruled out infectious diseases and physical discomfort；

3.Those who have a history of sojourn in key areas of the epidemic such as medium and high risk and have left the area for less than 14 days；

4.Those who have a history of sojourn abroad and have entered the country for less than 21 days.

(5) Relevant requirements on the day of the medical examination

1.Candidates have a normal body temperature (not exceeding 37.3℃) after on-site testing, and bring a valid resident ID card, a negative nucleic acid test certificate (paper version) that meets the prescribed requirements and quantity, a health commitment letter for candidates for the 2022 Yantai Municipal Public Institutions open recruitment of staff for medical examinations (for candidates), and a "Health Management Information Collection Form for Candidates". Only by presenting the Shandong Province electronic health pass code green code and the communication Big Data travel Card green card can you participate in the physical examination.

2.Candidates should bring their own disposable medical masks or medical surgical masks when participating in the physical examination, and wear masks throughout the physical examination.
