one.Training content and objectives

In accordance with the requirements of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine"Implementation Measures for the Standardized Training of Traditional Chinese Medicine Residents(Trial Implementation)"(No.25[2014]of the National Academy of Medicine)and the"Work Guide for the Standardized Training Base of Traditional Chinese Medicine Doctors(First Edition)"of the Chinese Medical Association,the standardized training of traditional Chinese Medicine residents adopts a combination of theoretical learning,clinical rotation training and teacher learning.Its goal is to cultivate good professional ethics for medical institutions at all levels and all kinds,master solid basic theory of traditional Chinese Medicine,professional knowledge,clinical skills and necessary Western medical knowledge and technology,and be able to independently bear common diseases,multiple diseases and certain difficult and critical conditions.A qualified resident physician of traditional Chinese medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of disease symptoms.

Two.Recruitment plan

In accordance with the Shandong Provincial Health Commission's 2022 standardized training and enrollment plan for Chinese Medicine residents,Yantai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine will enroll students across the province in 2022.It plans to recruit 10 standardized training personnel for Chinese medicine residents(including 7 Chinese medicine,2 general Chinese Medicine,and 1 pediatrics).

3.Examination content:The reference textbook for the theoretical examination is the"Work Guide for the Standardized Training Base of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners","Interpretation of the Key Points of the Core System of Medical Quality and Safety in 2018","Basic Norms for Writing Medical Records"(the above content is downloaded as an attachment),basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,diagnostics of Traditional Chinese Medicine,internal Medicine of traditional Chinese Medicine,prescriptions,traditional Chinese Medicine,clinical majors of traditional Chinese medicine and other related theoretical knowledge,the written examination adopts a percentage system scoring,and the interview format is a professional interview.

(3)Announcement of results and employment

The examination results and the list of candidates will be announced on August 17,2022.According to the comprehensive results of the written test and interview(of which the written test accounts for 60%and the interview accounts for 40%),admission is based on merit.

(4)Precautions

1.The recruited trainees shall report to the hospital within the prescribed time limit in accordance with the requirements of the admission notice.Those who are unable to report on time must have a legitimate reason and relevant certificates,ask for leave from the training base,and postpone the corresponding training time after reporting.Those who fail to report for 2 weeks overdue for no reason will be disqualified from this year's training.

2.Establish a standardized training integrity system for resident physicians in accordance with relevant regulations.The application materials submitted at the time of registration must be true and accurate.If false registration materials are provided or the materials do not match,and the identity of the unit is deliberately concealed,once verified,the application qualifications and training qualifications will be cancelled.For those who fail to report for no reason after admission or withdraw on their own for no reason after registration,they will be recorded in the integrity file.In accordance with the relevant regulations of the Shandong Provincial Health Commission,they shall not be allowed to register for standardized resident physician training within 3 years.

3.For those who apply for the exam as a unit-commissioned training student,the training major should be consistent with the clinical major they are engaged in.

Five.Training time

The training period for recruiting students shall be implemented in accordance with national regulations,and the training time for graduates with undergraduate and academic master's degrees shall be 3 years;graduates with professional master's degrees and above can provide proof materials such as clinical experience and training content completed during their studies jointly issued by the graduate school and the internship hospital,and the actual training time shall be determined after the training base conducts a unified clinical work ability assessment.

Six.Training treatment

1.The base distributes student subsidies in accordance with the relevant requirements of the country,Shandong Province and Yantai City.

2.Treatment of training trainees entrusted by the unit:The personnel relations,wages,benefits,social insurance and housing provident fund of the training trainees entrusted by the unit shall be managed,distributed and paid by the entrusted unit in accordance with regulations.The base grants subsidies to Chinese medicine practitioners who meet the standards,including general practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine and pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine:20,000 per year from the state,and the provincial level shall be paid in accordance with the prescribed amount.Full-time students will receive an additional living subsidy of 110 yuan per month.

3.Socialized student treatment:The base grants subsidies to Chinese medicine students who meet the standards,including general practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine and pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine.Standard:20,000 per year at the national level,and the provincial level shall be paid in accordance with the prescribed amount.Full-time students of traditional Chinese medicine regular training and socialization will receive a living subsidy of 710 yuan per month and a subsidy of 500 yuan/month for the purchase of social insurance benefits,and will uniformly purchase personal accident insurance.

4.After the second stage of traditional Chinese medicine regulatory training students who meet the standards are registered in the hospital and pass the assessment of the prescribing rights of the hospital's medical department,according to the training work of the students in the department,after the assessment is passed,each standardized training student of traditional Chinese medicine will be given a subsidy of 500 yuan-1,000 yuan.

5.The above benefits are assessed and paid on a monthly basis,and students who fail the assessment will not be awarded the above subsidies.

6.Other benefits:marriage,education,professional holidays,etc.,shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant management regulations and rules of the hospital's employees.

7.In accordance with relevant regulations,the training base provides free accommodation for students outside Yantai City.

Seven.Other matters

(1)Regarding epidemic prevention and control

1.According to the relevant regulations on epidemic prevention and control in Yantai City,scan the place code before entering the hospital,show the health code,take the temperature,and show the itinerary card.

2.Candidates whose itinerary card is only valid within 7 days before the test are required to provide a negative nucleic acid test report 48 hours before the test.

3.Candidates whose itinerary card passes through cities other than Yantai City within 7 days before the test are required to provide two negative nucleic acid test reports within 3 days before the test(the interval between the two tests is more than 24 hours).The second nucleic acid must be within 24 hours before the test and issued by a local institution in Yantai.

4.Candidates who have a itinerary in medium-and high-risk areas within 7 days before the exam must report to our base as soon as possible and deal with it according to specific circumstances.

(2)After the trainees have completed all the training plans and passed various assessments during the training period(including attendance,annual,and stage assessments),and passed the relevant assessments of standardized training by national and provincial departments at all levels,they will be issued the"Certificate of Conformity for Standardized Training of Resident Physicians"uniformly printed by the state.
