In accordance with the provisions of the “2022 Yantai Municipal Health Commission Public Recruitment Staff Brochure for Health Posts” (hereinafter referred to as the "Recruitment Brochure"), the 2022 Yantai Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Public Recruitment of health unified written examination intermediate positions on-site qualification examination related matters are announced as follows:
1. Enter the scope of on-site qualification examiners
According to the provisions of the "Recruitment Brochure", the personnel who enter the scope of on-site qualification examination shall be determined in the following proportions from high score to low score according to the job recruitment plan from the applicants who have reached the written test qualification score line: those who recruit less than 4 (inclusive) people shall be determined in a ratio of 1:3, those who recruit 5 to 15 (inclusive) people shall be determined in a ratio of 1:2, and those who recruit more than 15 people shall be determined in a ratio of 1:1.5.Those who enter the scope of on-site qualification examination with the last written test scores tied shall enter the scope of on-site qualification examination together.For positions where the number of qualified persons in the written examination is zero, the employment plan shall be cancelled; if the prescribed proportion is not reached, the scope of on-site qualification examination shall be determined according to the actual number of qualified persons.For the list of personnel in the scope of on-site qualification review before entering the interview, please refer to Annex 1 for details.
In response to the vacancy of interviewees caused by the failure of the on-site qualification examination of the interviewer or abstention, the hospital will notify the replacement by telephone in a timely manner after the on-site qualification examination is completed. Candidates with written test scores of 40 points (inclusive) or more and close to the score of the person applying for the position to enter the on-site qualification examination shall maintain smooth and effective communication, answer the call in time, and provide relevant materials for on-site qualification examination as required.Those who miss important information such as the replacement notice due to personal reasons and affect the appointment of the examination and fail to provide on-site qualification examination materials on time shall be held responsible at their own risk.If the person cannot be contacted within 48 hours after the first personal call is made, it shall be deemed to have been abandoned; if the person does not reply in writing within 24 hours after receiving the supplementary notice, it shall be deemed to have been abandoned.
2. On-site qualification review
According to the situation of epidemic prevention and control, the on-site qualification examination shall be conducted online.
(1) Online qualification review time

The feedback time for the online qualification review results is August 18, 2022. The feedback results will be fed back by e-mail. Please pay attention to the e-mail message in time.If the online qualification examination submission materials are incomplete, they must be submitted before 17:00 on August 19, 2022.If the unit agrees that the certificate of application cannot be provided during the online qualification examination for any reason, it can also be provided before 17:00 on the second working day after the interview.Failure to submit relevant materials or certificates within the prescribed time shall be deemed to be a waiver.
(2) Requirements and precautions
1.For the materials that need to be submitted, please refer to Article 23 of Annex 2 of the “Recruitment Brochure”, "Instructions for Applying for Public Recruitment of Staff for Health Positions in Institutions affiliated to the Yantai Municipal Health Commission in 2022" (hereinafter referred to as "Application Instructions"). (3) If the recruitment position has requirements for practice qualifications, job titles, etc., it must provide practice certificates, qualification certificates, professional and technical qualification certificates, etc.
(4) If the recruitment position puts forward relevant requirements for this science major, etc., it must provide an undergraduate degree and a degree certificate.
2.If the online qualification examination is inconsistent with the results of the online preliminary examination, the results of the online qualification examination shall prevail.Those who do not meet the requirements for application after examination shall be disqualified from the examination.
3.The qualification review of candidates runs through the whole process of recruitment, and the results of the online review are not used as the final basis for determining the eligibility for application.Anyone who finds in the follow-up work that the approved personnel are not qualified for the application or commit fraud, etc., shall be immediately disqualified from the interview and employment once verified.
