2. Interview arrangements

Check-in location: In front of the staff canteen of Yantai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine (No. 39, Xingfu Road, Zhifu District, Yantai City)

Candidates are requested to prepare and plan their routes in advance as required, and arrive at the designated place on time to participate in the interview. Being 15 minutes late when registering for the interview is deemed to be a abstention.

3. Interview requirements

1.Candidates must obey the management of the staff throughout the interview.After the candidates gather, they must immediately turn off all kinds of communication tools such as mobile phones, tablet computers, smart watches, etc. that they carry according to the requirements of the organization's management personnel, and hand them over to the organization's management personnel for centralized safekeeping.Candidates implement closed management, draw lots to determine the order of interviews, and interview in turn in the order of drawing lots.Candidates are prohibited from contacting outside personnel during the interview, otherwise they will be treated as zero points.Unrelated personnel such as candidates' family members are strictly prohibited from entering the interview venue.

2.Throughout the interview, candidates are not allowed to bring or use any communication tools, exchange the serial numbers of the interview lottery without authorization, refuse or hinder the staff from performing their management duties, and engage in other behaviors that disrupt the order of interview management and violate interview discipline. Violators will be disqualified from the interview.

3.Candidates who encounter prescribed kinship relationships, colleague relationships, or other relationships that may affect the fairness of recruitment should avoid related persons as examiners or examination staff in this examination room, and should take the initiative to submit a request for avoidance to the supervisor of the examination room or the organization's management personnel. Violators' interview scores shall be treated as zero points.

4.Candidates shall not disclose their name, registration serial number, admission ticket number, work unit, graduation institution and other information to the examiner or examination staff (except for the staff of the waiting room) for any reason or in any way, and shall not wear clothing or accessories with obvious professional characteristics. The interview results of violators shall be treated as zero points.

5.Candidates leave the venue immediately after the interview, wait in the lounge, and leave uniformly after the results of the interview are announced.Before the end of this exam, you are not allowed to leave the prescribed place without approval, otherwise you will be disqualified for employment.During the waiting period, no noise is allowed, and no one is allowed to enter or exit at will.

6.The interview results of candidates will be announced centrally after the end of the interview in this session.In order to ensure the quality of personnel, the pass line for interview scores is 60 points, and those with less than 60 points will not be accepted.

Fourth, precautions

In order to ensure smooth participation in the interview, it is recommended that candidates do not leave Yantai City before the interview.Candidates who are still in the field (outside the province, other cities in the province) should take the initiative to understand the relevant requirements for epidemic prevention and control in our city, and arrive in advance in accordance with the regulations so as not to delay the interview.

(1) Apply for the “Shandong Province Electronic Health Pass Code” and “Communication Big Data Travel Card” in advance.

(2) Prepare a corresponding number of negative nucleic acid test certificates (paper version) in accordance with regulations.The paper version of the negative nucleic acid test certificate (the original test report, a copy or the complete nucleic acid test result of the personal information displayed in the printed “Shandong Electronic Health Pass Code") must be handed over to the staff before entering the examination room.Those who cannot provide the required negative nucleic acid test certificate as required shall not be allowed to take the exam.

1.Candidates from counties (cities and districts) in low-risk areas in Shandong Province who come to Yanyan and return to Yanyan to participate in the interview must hold a 48-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate.

2.Candidates from counties (cities, districts) in low-risk areas outside Shandong Province who come to Yanyan and return to Yanyan to participate in the interview must hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate 48 hours before departure, and a nucleic acid test within 48 hours before the test after arrival; if they do not hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate 48 hours before departure, one nucleic acid test will be conducted on the first and third days before the test after arrival.

Candidates with a history of sojourn in high-risk areas within 3.7 days shall hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid test 48 hours before departure, and after arrival, they shall be quarantined at home for 7 days in accordance with the requirements of epidemic prevention and control in Yantai City. Nucleic acid testing will be carried out on the first, fourth, and seventh days of home isolation (If the home isolation conditions are not met, centralized isolation will be adopted). At the expiration of the quarantine period, participate in the interview with the notice of lifting the quarantine and the 48-hour negative certificate of nucleic acid test.

Candidates with a history of sojourn in high-risk areas within 4.7 days shall hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid test 48 hours before departure, and after arrival, they shall be quarantined for 7 days in accordance with the requirements of epidemic prevention and control in Yantai City. At the expiration of the quarantine period, they shall participate in the interview with the notice of lifting the quarantine and the 48-hour negative certificate of nucleic acid test.

Within 5.7 days, people who have a history of sojourn in other low-risk areas in the county (city, district) where the medium- and high-risk areas are located will have two nucleic acid tests (24 hours apart) within 3 days to do a good job of health monitoring.

6.For areas that have not yet announced medium- and high-risk areas but have a social epidemic within 7 days, refer to medium-risk areas for implementation.The counties (cities, districts) and other epidemic risk areas where medium- and high-risk areas are located, and the provinces where local epidemics occur, are subject to the latest “Shandong CDC Public Health Tips for the Prevention and Control of Recent Epidemics” issued by the "Shandong CDC" WeChat public account.Candidates who have a history of sojourn in medium- and high-risk areas within 7 days should report to the Personnel Department of Yantai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in advance, and then participate in the interview as required on the basis of implementing various epidemic prevention and control measures in accordance with the requirements of the community, and pay attention to personal protection on the way.

7.Candidates who belong to the following circumstances cannot participate in this on-site interview:

(1) Confirmed cases, suspected cases, asymptomatic infected people, close contacts during the isolation and observation period, and secondary close contacts；

(2) Those who have fever, cough and other symptoms that have not healed within 7 days before the on-site interview and have not ruled out infectious diseases and physical discomfort；

(3) Those who have a history of sojourn in key areas of the epidemic such as medium and high risk and have left the above-mentioned areas for less than 7 days；

(4) Those who have a history of overseas sojourn and have entered the country for less than 7 days；

(5) Health certificates such as negative nucleic acid test certificates cannot be provided as required.

(3) On the day of the interview, present my ID card within the validity period, the green code of the Shandong Electronic Health Pass Code, the green card of the communication big data travel card, the paper version of the negative nucleic acid test certificate that meets the requirements of the regulations (the complete nucleic acid test result of the personal information displayed in the “Shandong Electronic Health Pass Code”), and the "2022 Yantai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Recruitment and Dispatch System Staff Interview Candidates Health Commitment Letter (for Candidates)", "Candidate Health Management Information Collection Form" (Annex 2 and Annex 3), measure your body temperature and enter the interview place.Applicants who are not carrying them and have been confirmed by on-site professionals to have suspicious symptoms (body temperature above 37.3℃, persistent dry cough, fatigue, dyspnea and other symptoms) are not allowed to enter.

(4) Before entering the interview venue, candidates must follow the instructions of the staff, wear disposable medical surgical masks, and maintain an orderly queue of “one-meter noodles” to enter. When undergoing identity verification, they will take off their masks one by one as required to verify their identities.

(5) Candidates are requested to prepare personal protective equipment, strictly take personal protection, and maintain hand hygiene.Arrange transportation and food and lodging rationally, and pay attention to dietary hygiene.

Anyone who violates the relevant regulations on the prevention and control of the normalized epidemic in our province and conceals or falsely reports key information on the prevention and control of the epidemic such as sojourn history, contact history, and health status will be investigated for responsibility in accordance with the law and regulations.Matters related to the prevention and control of the epidemic shall be implemented in accordance with relevant provincial and municipal regulations, and adjustments shall be made in accordance with the prevention and control situation and the latest policies.
