In accordance with the provisions of the “2022-2023 Public Recruitment of High-level Urgently Needed and Scarce Talents by Institutions affiliated to the Yantai Municipal Health Commission” (hereinafter referred to as the “Brief”) and the "2022-2023 Public Recruitment Announcement of High-level Urgently Needed and Scarce Talents of Yantai Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine" (hereinafter referred to as the "Recruitment Announcement"), the specific notification arrangements for on-site qualification review and interview of high-level Urgently needed and scarce talents in our hospital from 2022 to 2023 are as follows:
1. Enter the scope of on-site qualification examiners
Those who have passed the online preliminary examination (see Annex 1 for the list of personnel), and those who have registered on-site will also undergo on-site qualification examination (see Annex 2 for recruitment positions).
2. On-site qualification review
(1) Time
March 17, 2023 (Friday) 8:30-11:20 am, 14:00-16:30 pm.
(2) Location
Academic Lecture Hall on the 4th Floor of Yantai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
(3) Qualification examination procedures
The first step: conduct a qualification review.Candidates go to the qualification examination office to submit relevant materials as required, and the staff will conduct the qualification examination.
Step 2: Pay the bill.After passing the preliminary examination, candidates scan the code at the qualification examination office to pay the interview and examination fee (in accordance with the provisions of Document No. 1427 of the Lufa Revision [2018], the standard for the interview and examination fee is 70 yuan).College students with special hardship in rural areas, urban low-insured personnel and persons with disabilities who enjoy the reduction and reduction of examination fees can go through the procedures for the reduction and reduction of interview examination fees on the spot with relevant certification materials.
Step 3: Receive the interview notice.Candidates who have paid the fee go to the ”Review Office" for review, leave the qualification examination materials after passing the review, and receive the interview notice.
(4) Materials need to be submitted during the review

3.Original and copy of ID card;
4.I personally signed the "Letter of Commitment to the Integrity of the staff of the institution Applying for the Job" (see annex 4);
5.2023 full-time ordinary college graduates must submit an ID card, an employment recommendation form issued by the school (or an academic degree certificate issued by the relevant department of the school or an online verification report of the Ministry of Education), and graduates who have been employed or signed an employment agreement must also provide a letter of approval from the contracting unit to apply for the exam (using the style of Annex 5) or a letter of termination;
6.Graduates who have not been dispatched must submit academic certificates, corresponding degree certificates, ID cards, and employment registration certificates issued by the competent employment authority of graduates (if the employment registration certificate is not issued for non-personal reasons, provide relevant supporting materials, and graduate graduates can provide employment recommendation forms and employment agreements instead of employment registration certificates).Unemployed persons are required to submit an employment and entrepreneurship certificate or a personal written commitment letter in a state of unemployment (using the style of Annex 7);
7.Other candidates must submit the academic certificate required for the recruitment position, the corresponding degree certificate, the ID card, and the letter of consent to apply for the examination issued by the department or unit with personnel management authority (using the style of Annex 5.If collective personnel agency or labor dispatch is implemented, both the employing unit and the personnel agency or labor dispatch agency must be stamped; if individual personnel agency is implemented, the personnel agency shall be stamped;) etc.;
8.Returnees studying abroad must provide a certificate of degree certification for academic qualifications outside the country (territory) [Those who have not obtained a certificate of degree certification for academic qualifications outside the country (territory) must provide a certificate of degree for academic qualifications outside the country (territory), translation materials issued by a qualified translation agency, and a personal written commitment to be able to obtain degree certification for academic qualifications outside the country (territory) on time];
9.If there is a work unit at the time of registration, but the personnel who have terminated the labor contract or employment agreement are applying, they can provide a letter of consent to apply for the examination stamped by the personnel file storage agency (using the style of Annex 5), and they can also provide a certificate of termination of the labor contract or employment agreement issued by a department or unit with personnel management authority.;
10.Unemployed persons are required to submit a personal written commitment letter in a state of unemployment (using the style of Annex 7);
11.If the recruitment position has work experience requirements, it must submit a labor (employment) contract that can prove its work experience, a certificate of social insurance payment, and a letter of proof of work experience issued by the unit (using the style of Annex 6).As of December 30, 2022 (inclusive), applicants should have the work experience required by the recruitment brochure and the recruitment position.Work experience is calculated based on full-term years and full-term months, and can be calculated cumulatively.If the applicant fails to pay social insurance benefits in accordance with relevant regulations, his or her relevant work experience shall not be recognized.The conditions for recruitment positions such as ”working in a three (two)-level hospital for X years" refer to the hospital to which the applicant has been working within the corresponding period of time has always been at that level.Graduates' social practice, internships, part-time jobs, etc. during their stay in school are not counted as work experience;
12.If the recruitment position has the requirements of ”research direction“, if there are brackets after the specialty in the ”Professional Requirements" column of the "Job Requirements Table", the content in the brackets is the requirements of the professional research direction.For example, “Surgery (thyroid)” and “thyroid” are the professional research direction requirements of the position.If you are applying for a position with the requirements of a professional research direction, if the same academic certificate that meets the requirements of the position does not indicate the required major and professional research direction at the same time, you must provide a copy of the academic performance sheet, a certificate of professional research direction, and the "Professional Research Direction Commitment Form" (Annex 8) during the on-site qualification examination.In addition, although the position does not require a professional research direction, applicants who claim to have a professional research direction when registering online must also provide a copy of the academic performance form, a certificate of professional research direction, and a "Professional Research Direction Commitment Form" during the on-site qualification examination.The certificate of professional research direction should be issued by the academic affairs department of the university or the graduate office (college); if the "Employment Recommendation Form" for full-time ordinary college graduates in 2022 and 2023 indicates the professional research direction, it can be used as a certificate of professional research direction.Overseas students must entrust a qualified translation agency to translate their courses, graduation theses, professional introductions, or relevant foreign-language materials that can prove their professional research direction into Chinese and stamp them, and participate in the on-site qualification examination as a “certificate of professional research direction”.;
13.If there are other requirements for recruitment positions, other relevant materials must be submitted as required, such as professional and technical qualification certificates, physician practice certificates, etc.
(5) Qualification examination requirements
1.If the materials submitted during the on-site qualification examination are incomplete, they must be submitted before 17:00 on the next day of the on-site qualification examination.The unit agrees that the letter of proof of application for the examination must be provided in accordance with the style of Annex 5. If it cannot be provided during the on-site qualification examination for any reason, it can also be provided before 17:00 on the fifth working day after the interview.Those who do not meet the requirements for applying for the examination after examination shall be disqualified for the interview.Failure to submit relevant materials or certificates within the prescribed time shall be deemed to be a waiver.
2.The qualification review of applicants runs through the whole process of recruitment.In the event of inconsistency between the on-site qualification examination and the online preliminary examination results, the results of the on-site qualification examination shall prevail.
3.The on-site qualification examination must be conducted in person and must not be entrusted to others.Applicants who fail to participate in the on-site qualification examination on the specified date, or fail to submit the specified materials within the specified time, shall be deemed to have abstained.Those who do not meet the requirements for applying for the examination after examination shall be disqualified for the interview.
3. Examination arrangements
(1) Examination form
The recruitment examination is conducted by interview, and the interview is conducted by professional testing, structured interviews, etc.The interview mainly examines the candidates' professional ethics, professional knowledge and business ability.
(2) Examination time and place
The interview time is scheduled to be held on March 19, 2023. The list of people who have entered the interview scope and the specific time and arrangement of the interview will be announced on the official website of Yantai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine after the on-site qualification review.
(3) Announcement of results
The interview results will be announced after the end of the interview in this session, and the interview results of the exam will be the total exam results.In order to ensure the quality of personnel, the pass line for interview scores is 60 points, and those with less than 60 points will not be hired.After the interview is over, the hospital will divide the positions from high to low scores in accordance with a 1:1.5 ratio to determine the list of persons entering the scope of inspection and physical examination.If the interview results for a position are the same and affect the employment, the experts will be organized to re-interview the personnel with the same results, and the results after the re-interview will be sorted and determined as those who have entered the scope of the investigation.The list of persons entering the scope of the investigation will be announced on the official website of Yantai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
If there is no competition for the recruitment position after the registration is over, you can directly investigate the employment.After the interview is over, the hospital can issue another recruitment announcement for the vacant position.
