2.On-site qualification review

(1)Time

In 2023,Yantai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine will open recruitment for health category H positions that do not participate in the unified written examination,independent written examination Category I positions,and medical Category B(intermediate)positions.The on-site qualification examination is scheduled to be held on September 5,2023(9:00-11:30 am).

(2)Location

Party Member Activity Room on the 4th floor of the Administrative Building of Yantai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.(Hospital Address:No.39,Xingfu Road,Zhifu District,Yantai City)

(3)Qualification examination procedures

The first step:conduct a qualification review.Applicants go to the qualification examination office to submit relevant materials as required,and the staff conducts qualification examination.

Step 2:Receive the interview notice.Candidates go to the”Review Office"for review,leave the qualification examination materials after passing the review,and receive the interview notice.

(4)Qualification examination requirements and precautions

1.On-site qualification examination must be present in person within a specified time,and must not be entrusted to others.

2.For the materials that need to be submitted,please refer to Annex 2 of the“Recruitment Brochure”for the"2023 Public Recruitment of Staff for Health Positions in Institutions affiliated to the Yantai Municipal Health Commission"(hereinafter referred to as the"Application Instructions")Article 23,except for 2 1-inch recent crown-free photos on the front of the same bottom version,written examination admission ticket(candidates who do not participate in the unified written examination category H positions,independent written examination category I positions do not need to provide),the completed"2023 Yantai Municipal Health Commission Public Recruitment Registration Form for Health Positions in Institutions",autographed"In addition to the original copy of the"Letter of Commitment to Integrity of the staff of the applicant Institution",other materials must be provided at the same time as the original and copy of the materials.If there are other requirements for recruitment positions,candidates also need to pay attention to bringing relevant materials：

(1)Candidates applying for positions with professional research direction requirements,if the same academic certificate that meets the requirements of the position does not indicate the major and professional research direction required by the position at the same time,they must provide a copy of the academic performance sheet,a certificate of professional research direction,and the"Professional Research Direction Commitment Form"(using the"Recruitment Brochure"Annex 4 style).In addition,although the position does not require a professional research direction,applicants who claim to have a professional research direction when registering online must also provide a copy of the academic performance form,a certificate of professional research direction,and a"Professional Research Direction Commitment Form"during the on-site qualification examination.The certificate of professional research direction should be issued by the academic affairs department of the university or the graduate office(college);if the"Employment Recommendation Form"for full-time ordinary college graduates in 2023 indicates the professional research direction,it can be used as a certificate of professional research direction.The“professional research direction certificate”provided by returnees must be entrusted to a qualified translation agency to translate the courses,graduation theses,professional introductions,or relevant foreign language materials that can prove the professional research direction into Chinese and affix a seal.

(2)If the recruitment position has requirements for practicing qualifications,job titles,and certificates of standardized training of resident physicians,etc.,the corresponding practice certificates,qualification certificates,professional and technical qualification certificates,and certificates of standardized training of resident physicians must be provided.

(3)If the recruitment position puts forward relevant requirements for the degree or major of this science,it must provide an undergraduate degree and a degree certificate.

(4)Undergraduates who apply for postgraduate positions in accordance with the majors contained in the standardized training certificate of resident physicians are required to submit the standardized training certificate of resident physicians,the undergraduate degree certificate,and the corresponding degree certificate.

3.If the materials submitted for the on-site qualification examination are incomplete,the supplementary materials must be submitted to the Personnel Department of Yantai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine before 17:00 on the next day of the on-site qualification examination(No.39 Xingfu Road,Zhifu District,Yantai City,3rd floor,Administrative Building,Yantai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine);If the unit agrees that the certificate of application cannot be provided during the on-site qualification examination for any reason,it can also be provided to the Personnel Department of Yantai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine before 17:00 on the second working day after the interview.Applicants who fail to participate in the on-site qualification examination on the specified date,or fail to submit the specified materials within the specified time,shall be deemed to have abstained.

4.If the on-site qualification examination is inconsistent with the results of the online preliminary examination,the results of the on-site qualification examination shall prevail.Those who meet the conditions after examination will receive an interview notice.Those who do not meet the requirements for application after examination shall be disqualified from the examination.Candidates must ensure the authenticity of the materials provided,and if they are false,they will be disqualified from employment.

5.In response to vacancies in the interviewer caused by the failure of the on-site qualification examination of the interviewer or abstention,the recruiter will notify the applicant by phone within a few days after the on-site qualification examination is over.Candidates with written test scores of 40 or more and close to the score of the person applying for the position to enter the on-site qualification examination shall maintain smooth and effective communication,and keep abreast of the latest information published on the recruitment website.Due to personal reasons,the applicant is responsible for missing important information such as the notification of replacement and affecting the employment of the examination.If the person cannot be contacted within 48 hours after the first personal call is made,it shall be deemed to have been abandoned;if the person does not reply in writing within 24 hours after receiving the supplementary notice,it shall be deemed to have been abandoned.

6.After receiving the interview notice,you should carefully check the name of the interview notice,the position you are applying for,and other information to avoid the occurrence of misapplication.At the same time,carefully read the instructions for candidates to understand the relevant examination information.

3.Other matters

(1)On the day of the qualification examination,enter the qualification examination site with my ID card and written examination admission ticket within the validity period(candidates who do not participate in the unified written examination category H position and the independent written examination Category I position do not need to provide it).

(2)Health monitoring is carried out 3 days before the qualification examination,and if suspicious symptoms such as fever and cough appear on the day of the qualification examination,N95 masks must be worn regularly throughout the process.

(3)Make reasonable arrangements for transportation,food and lodging,and pay attention to dietary hygiene.
