【Scientific research and teaching】 Director Zou Hui of our institute went to Hong Kong to study and obtain the teaching scriptures

On the afternoon of December 29, 2017, the experience exchange meeting of key clinical teaching teachers in our hospital was held as scheduled.Director Zou Hui, who went to Hong Kong to participate in the clinical backbone teacher training activities of Binzhou Medical College, made a keynote speech at the meeting.From December 11th to 15th, 2017, as one of the affiliated hospitals of Binzhou Medical College, our hospital selected Director Zou Hui, a key clinical teacher, to participate in the academic training activities organized by Binzhou Medical College in Hong Kong.During his stay in Hong Kong, the training group held a informative and scientific exchange symposium at the University of Hong Kong. They visited internationally renowned medical institutions such as the Li Ka Shing School of Medicine of the University of Hong Kong, the School of Dentistry of the University of Hong Kong (Philippine Dental Hospital), and Tsuen Wan Adventist Hospital, and participated in the Hong Kong visit arranged by the International Health Promotion Association, which can be described as very rewarding.Director Zou Hui concluded that this time he went to Hong Kong to study, he gained the most cutting-edge education and teaching theories, appreciated the wonderful classroom teaching of outstanding teachers, and felt the charm of Hong Kong's politics, economy, and culture. His vision has been broadened, his thinking has been expanded, his knowledge has been updated, and he has a new understanding and cognition of the concept of education and teaching. Thinking about problems can stand at a higher level, and many questions have been solved and inspired.He believes that based on the current actual situation of teaching in his own hospital, we should work hard to reform teaching methods.It is necessary to study for life and be a scientific research teacher; acquire knowledge with an open mind; pay more attention to students' “learning” than “teaching”; take three measures at the same time, and gradually implement PBL teaching method.In short, as a teaching physician, we must never forget our original intention, forge ahead, and make progress step by step. Only in this way can we truly learn from each other and cultivate more clinical medical talents.The majority of clinical teachers are deeply encouraged and inspired, and they all said that they should explore and innovate in the future teaching process and improve the level of teaching.
