The cultural management construction of our hospital is actually in full swing:
1.Humanistic culture:the core is respect,respect for employees,and let employees develop together with the hospital.The“humanistic care”,“taking the hospital as home”,and“the spirit of post ownership”we are currently doing all reflect the care and love of the leaders for the employees.However,after all,leaders and employees are prone to contradictions due to different perspectives on issues and different ways of doing things.Solution:Timely communication and empathy,which is the best respect for both parties.More empathy will lead to more tolerance,and more communication may lead to more ways to solve problems.Understanding and being kind to each other is actually understanding and being kind to yourself.
