Recently, many young patients feel that there are some problems with their cervical, thoracic, and lumbar vertebrae, but the symptoms are not very obvious, which has caused them to hesitate and wonder if they can go to the hospital. In this case, patients must go to the hospital for examination as soon as possible,so as not to go to the hospital for examination when the symptoms are getting worse. In case you suffer from ankylosing spondylitis and you don't know it,it will be more troublesome. Here is an introduction to how ankylosing spondylitis is diagnosed.
1.Sacroiliac joint positioning test:The patient is lying on his back, the doctor places his right hand on the lower part of the patient's knees,so that the hip joint is buckled at a right angle, and the right hand presses the patient's knee so that his pelvis is close to the examination table.Relax the patient's muscles and use the thigh lever to squeeze the pelvis to the right and left.If there is sacroiliac arthritis, the affected side is lighter when squeezed, but more obvious when pulled apart.
2.4 Word test:The patient lies on his back, one leg straightened, the other leg bent his knees and placed his foot on the opposite thigh. The doctor presses the iliac crest on the side of the straight leg with one hand, and the other hand bends the knee to move up and down.If the buttocks occur during downward pressure, remind the flexor side that there is an iliac crest joint lesion.
3.Sacroiliac joint compression test:The sacroiliac joint is located at the midpoint of the posterior superior iliac spine on both sides, which is equivalent to the level of the second sacrum.Press directly here.If it appears, remind the joint to be involved.
4.The patient in the sacroiliac joint push test lies on his back. The doctor puts his hands on the iliac crest, his thumb on the anterior superior iliac spine, and his palm on the iliac joint to push the pelvis vigorously. If the sacroiliac joint is damaged, remind that the joint may be diseased.
5.Schober test:In the patient's body,a mark of 0 was made at the level of the iliac crest on the midline of the back,5cm down and 10cm up respectively.Make the patient bend over(pay attention to maintaining the height of his legs)and measure the interval between the two marks. If the increase is less than 4cm,it will remind the lumbar spine mobility to decrease.
6.Pillow wall test:The patient is upright, with the heel, buttocks, and back against the wall.Close your neck and look head-up,and measure the horizontal interval between the occipital nodules and the wall.Normal should be 0,which means that the occipital nodules cannot touch the wall, which is abnormal.
Through the content introduced above, everyone should have an understanding of the preliminary diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis.I hope that after friends can understand, they can go to the hospital for examination and diagnosis as soon as possible when physical abnormalities occur.
