Article 1 Clinicians for further study shall have a full-time higher medical school college degree(inclusive)or above;have been engaged in this major for more than 3 years,and the major is the same as the major for further study;have the professional physician practice certificate.Nursing and medical technology students should have a secondary school(inclusive)degree or above;have been engaged in this major for more than 2 years;nurses should have a nurse practice certificate.The unit where the postgraduate students are located should be a hospital at or above the township level(inclusive).

Article 2 Applicants for further education must fill in the"Application Form for Further Education"of Yantai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in advance,complete it in accordance with the requirements of filling in the form,and submit it to the hospital's Department of Science and Education for the record after being signed and sealed by the unit where they are located,and the Department of Science and Education will uniformly issue a notice of further education.

Article 3 The period of training for doctors in clinical departments is required to be more than half a year,and the period of training for doctors in medical and technical departments,nursing,medicine,and technical personnel is required to be more than 3 months.No certificate of completion will be issued for short-term visits and studies,and the fee will be charged for 3 months.

Article 4 Further education students shall report to the science and education department at the specified time with the acceptance letter.When registering,you should bring your refresher fees and photos as required by the notice.Doctors must provide a"Doctor's Practice Certificate",nurses must provide a"Nurse's Practice Certificate",etc.The above certificates require the original to be provided,and those who provide incomplete materials will not be accepted.

Article 5 After the postgraduate students report for registration,they shall take the"Postgraduate Payment Notice"to the Finance Department to pay the postgraduate fees.Then go through the procedures for dormitory accommodation,badges,etc.Take the"Admission Notice for Postgraduate Students"to the corresponding department and report to the person in charge of the department.

Article 6 Postgraduate students will go to the Department of Science and Education to go through the procedures for the identification of postgraduate students and receive a certificate of completion at the scheduled time of departure from the hospital.Those who intend to extend the period of further education must go through the procedures for applying for an extension of the Department of Science and Education two weeks in advance.

Article 7 While reasonably arranging the work of the department,postgraduate students should ensure that they participate in the business lectures organized by the hospital,constantly update their professional knowledge,and expand new subject ideas;actively participate in the teaching activities organized by the department such as room visits,medical record discussions,and business lectures,and write a weekly inpatient medical record.

Article 8 In principle,postgraduate students are trained and downgraded according to grade,that is,they are trained according to the title level of the original unit,and they are all used according to resident doctors.Postgraduate students must rotate in strict accordance with the plan,and it is strictly forbidden to transfer subjects at will and go to non-postgraduate departments for observation.

Article 9 After a trainee doctor has come to the hospital to study for 3 months,the department shall conduct a“three-base"knowledge assessment of him.After passing the assessment,fill out the"Application Form for Prescribing Authority of a Practicing Doctor in Yantai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine",sign the opinion of the director of the department,and submit it to the Medical Department for approval to obtain the right to prescribe.Important medical documents such as discharge certificates issued by doctors with the right to prescribe,special medicines prescribed by the hospital,surgical notices,consultation slips,death reports,and critical illness notices must be reviewed and signed by doctors at higher levels before they take effect.

Article 10 Continuing education doctors are not allowed to go out for consultations alone and cannot be on duty alone.It is strictly prohibited to issue medical certificates such as referrals,job changes,sick leave,family planning,and judicial appraisals to patients.If you encounter a similar situation,you should be dealt with by a superior doctor.

Article 11 Family visit leave and leave shall not be arranged during the period of further education,and in principle,leave shall not be approved;the original unit,family or individual emergencies may be granted leave at their discretion.Leave will not be granted for any planned incident.The request for leave and sick leave within one day(inclusive)shall be approved by the department where the further education is located;for more than two days(inclusive),the department shall be requested for leave first,and after approval,it shall be sent to the department for approval and filing;for more than three days(inclusive),the department shall be requested with the original unit's leave certificate,and after approval,it shall be sent to the department for approval and filing.The duration of further education is one year,half a year,and three months.The cumulative number of days of leave shall not exceed 10 days,5 days,or 3 days.Those who exceed the leave will not be issued a further education appraisal.

Article 12 The Department of Science and Education shall conduct a completion appraisal of the postgraduate students who meet the completion conditions within one week before the scheduled departure time.After completing the self-appraisal according to the requirements,the postgraduate students will submit it to the department,and after passing the assessment,they will fill in their opinions and send them to the science and education department for review.

Article 13 In principle,early departure from the hospital is not allowed during the period of further education.If there are indeed special circumstances,you must hold the certificate of the original unit,write the application in person,and submit it to the Department of Science and Education for approval after examination and approval by the department director.If the advance time is within two weeks,you can apply for a further education appraisal;if the advance time is within one week,you can apply for a further education appraisal and a certificate of completion.

Article 14 The right to interpret this"Code"belongs to the Department of Science and Education.Other unfinished matters shall be studied and resolved by the Department of Science and Education in conjunction with the relevant departments.
