Regular training is the turning point from school learning to clinical work. Director Si Wentao encouraged the students to fear life, enhance their passion for learning, not afraid of difficulties and setbacks, and strive to improve practical skills to lay a solid foundation for growing into a qualified doctor.

Chief Xiao Feng of the Medical Affairs Department introduced the general situation of the hospital to the students, especially in terms of practicing in accordance with the law and the prevention of medical disputes, and combined with the actual dispute cases of our hospital, strengthen the students' understanding and attention to practicing in accordance with the law.

Through this training, the students have a clear understanding of the framework for the training of Chinese medicine residents in the next three years, and have systematically studied key clinical content such as hospital sense protection and case writing, which has laid a good foundation for the standardized training of Chinese medicine residents in the next three years.
In 2015, our hospital was identified by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine as a standardized training base for resident Chinese medicine practitioners. In the past five years, our institute has now trained 111 students from various units at the 2015, 2016, and 2017 levels, as well as parallel graduate students. At present, our institute still has 30 students at the 2018 and 2019 levels in training.
The new era is given a new mission, and the new journey calls for new actions. I wish the new students of regular training to seize the opportunity for training in self-cultivation and strengthening, and strive to find new thinking and ways to study and improve their abilities, so as to lay a solid foundation for the future path of medicine.
