At the meeting, Director Zhang Lili detailedly explained the "Implementation Plan for the Innovation Practice of the '10-3-1' Model and the Promotion of the Whole-Cycle Warm Service Upgrade of Yantai Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital". The "10-3-1" model is the core driving force for the improvement of hospital service quality, including two meanings of service distance and details, and service concepts and standards. Director Zhang stated that the improvement of service quality is the key to the high-quality development of the hospital, and all staff should follow the "10-3-1" model as a guide, take the initiative to act, carry out innovative practices, promote the upgrade of the whole-cycle warm service, and provide patients with more high-quality, efficient, and humanized medical services.

Party Secretary and President Wang Yunqiang put forward clear requirements for the responsibilities of the Service Quality Management Committee and future work deployment. The Party Secretary pointed out that the improvement of service quality is a systematic and long-term project that requires the concerted efforts of the entire hospital and its joint promotion. All middle-level cadres should set an example, lead the staff of their departments to actively participate in the improvement of service quality, implement the "patient-centered" service concept, and inject new impetus into the high-quality development of the hospital.

The establishment of this Service Quality Management Committee marks that the hospital's service quality improvement work has entered a new stage and is an important step for Yantai Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital to deeply move towards a modern medical service brand. In the future, the hospital will take improving the satisfaction of patients and staff as the core goal, comprehensively promote the continuous improvement of service quality, fully exert the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine, create a unique advantageous medical service brand, and provide patients with more warm, professional, and humanized health services.
