Unite efforts for strong execution; promote development through efficient communication - Our hospital successfully held the "Acting in Execution, Winning through Communication" training session for middle-level cadres
To strengthen the construction of middle-level cadres in the hospital and further enhance their management capabilities and execution efficiency, on January 11th, the hospital organized a training session for middle-level cadres with the theme of "Acting in Execution and Winning through Communication" in the multi-function hall on the 6th floor of the East Campus. The training was chaired by Vice Secretary of the Party Committee Liu Chunna, and nearly 200 members of the hospital's leadership and middle-level cadres participated.

Vice Secretary Liu Chunna pointed out that middle-level cadres are the "core force" of the hospital's development and the "bridge and link" connecting the decision-making level and the grassroots. Their execution ability directly affects the implementation effectiveness of the hospital's strategic plans, while their communication ability influences the efficiency and cohesion of team collaboration. This training session, with the theme of "Acting in Execution and Winning through Communication", precisely met the hospital's development needs and the pain points of cadres' growth, providing a high-quality platform for learning and communication to enhance their abilities.
This training specially invited Mr. Xiao Renshan, a management consulting expert with 15 years of practical experience, to deliver the lecture. Mr. Xiao holds multiple identities such as a mentor at the Center for Foreign Economic Exchange of Tsinghua University, a researcher at the Institute of Value-Supported Economy of Peking University, and a CMC International Certified Management Consultant. He has been deeply engaged in the fields of cultivating middle-level leadership and building execution capabilities. The course is renowned for its focus on "practicality, effectiveness, and applicability", and has served numerous medical institutions and enterprises across the country.

This training is divided into two core modules: "Executing in Action" and "Winning through Communication". It covers six chapters: "Breaking Through the Framework and Culture of Middle-Level Managers", "The Way of Leading and Motivating Middle-Level Managers", "The Way of Middle-Level Managers and Working with Leaders", "Effective Communication and Feedback for Middle-Level Managers", "Global Awareness and Responsibility of Middle-Level Managers", and "Execution Results and Rebuilding". The course is characterized by a tight schedule, rich content, and interlocking links, presenting a comprehensive "management knowledge package" for all participants. There were frequent on-site interactions and a lively atmosphere. Middle-level managers listened attentively, took detailed notes, and actively reflected on the problems and shortcomings in their work, expressing that the course content was practical, inspiring, and provided both theoretical guidance and practical examples, which are of great significance for enhancing personal performance, strengthening team collaboration, and promoting work implementation. We will bring the new theories and tools learned today into our daily work and transform them into practical actions to drive the development of our departments and the hospital.

In his closing remarks, Vice President Tan Song pointed out that this training is not only a "charging" of thoughts, but also a "empowerment" of abilities, and a "mobilization" of actions. All middle-level managers should take this training as an opportunity to deeply study and understand the management wisdom imparted by Mr. Xiao Renshan, integrate the core essence of "execution" and "communication" into their daily work, and achieve the integration of learning, thinking, and application, as well as the consistency of knowledge, belief, and action.
The successful holding of this "Executing in Action and Winning through Communication" training meeting not only enhanced the management literacy and performance capabilities of our hospital's middle-level managers, but also consolidated consensus and stimulated motivation. In the future, our hospital will continue to promote the training of middle-level managers, continuously optimize the ability structure of the middle-level management team, and lay a solid foundation and management support for the high-quality development of the hospital!
