In order to thoroughly implement the overall requirements for Party building in the new era and effectively solve the problem of "two separate systems" in Party building and business, and promote the deep integration of Party building and the hospital's core work, recently, Yantai Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital officially launched the 2026 "Joint Learning and Construction - In-depth Dialogue" Party-Work Integration Series of Activities. Focusing on the cooperation of branches, it builds communication bridges and gathers development synergy, guiding the hospital's high-quality development with high-quality Party building.
This event is themed "Joint Learning and Construction Promote Integration, In-depth Dialogue Seek Development". It adopts the form of "one-on-one" pairing between administrative and logistical branch parties and clinical and medical-technical branch parties, jointly conducting theme Party days, to promote mutual learning in ideology, joint work, and problem-solving. The hospital's Party committee has meticulously planned and precisely paired, achieving comprehensive branch linkage coverage. Among them, the Administrative First Branch Party Committee collaborates with the Outpatient and Emergency Comprehensive, Pharmacy, Medical Technology, and Residency Training Branch Parties for joint construction; the Administrative Second Branch Party Committee collaborates with the First, Second, and Third Internal Medicine Branch Parties for joint construction; the Logistics Branch Party Committee collaborates with the First, Second Surgical Branch Parties and the Women and Children Rehabilitation Party Committee for joint construction.
The activity focuses on three core elements, ensuring practicality and efficiency. Secondly, through joint construction and efforts, we held "in-depth dialogue" meetings. The clinical and medical-technical branches focused on optimizing the work processes, material supply, equipment maintenance, and logistical support, and directly put forward suggestions and opinions. The administrative and logistical branches responded on the spot and recorded each item. Thirdly, for closed-loop implementation, we established a problem list and a rectification ledger, clearly defining the rectification measures, responsible persons, and completion deadlines, forming a complete chain mechanism of "collecting suggestions - responding - rectifying - feedback", to effectively solve the urgent, difficult, and worrying problems at the clinical front.
